When they met, each very quickly fell for the other, and immediately felt that this was it. After having only dated a few short months, Lisa decided to ship her life down to Melbourne to follow Mincho who was moving there to study, and take a chance.

It clearly paid off.

Neither being staunch traditionalists and already committed to one another in their minds, they decided to lean into what they loved and was important to them. Namely - family and damn good food. So, with just each of their parents and Lisaโ€™s sister and her partner in tow, they had a simple ceremony at the NSW registry and then set off for a 7 course degustation at Lumi Dining.

Love means different things to different people. Theirs (to me) seems to be built on both pillars of unwavering support, recognition of independence, and a deep love and desire. Cerebral, but no less passionate for being so.
