This started, as all good romances do, with Tom ordering

These are two people who, on the surface, may seem like chalk and cheese. The coder and the fitness guru. But scratch just a little bit and you find two people who are constantly inspired by one another, who - whilst they compliment one another with their differences - share more important things in common than they do not. Two people who are both held in high esteem their community and family for their unfailing kindness and high bars they set for themselves in everything they do.

And so this happened.

A meeting before the ceremony to calm some nerves and so they could spend more time with all and sundry afterwards. Some of the most heart felt vows I’ve heard in a long time that got almost everyone. Words and stories and sentiments shared by many, and a cracking party to wind it all up.

So here’s to inspiration, to ordering copious amounts of design books you’ll never actually read to get the girl and it actually working (which, really, is just to taking chances), to the most heartfelt vows I have heard in a long damn time, to differences and dances and mysterious bottles of whiskey left on your desk. To Caitlin and Tom.
